Led by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), the Affordable Homes Programme 2011-15 (AHP) aims to increase the supply of new affordable homes in England. This includes the construction and refurbishment of homes for community-based and tenant-led ownership and management programmes. Specialising in internal fit outs, STV is committed to becoming a key partner in the construction of affordable homes that meet the HCA’s quality and design standards, including environmental sustainability levels.
