We would like to welcome Rhys Sando as he joins our Fit Out Division as Contract Manager.

After working with the Internal Refurbishment division for the past few years, Rhys joins the STV team. With a busy order book in the division, Rhys will undoubtedly bring his organisation and effective man management skills to the division and put them to good use.

Our very own Steve Kelly and Paul Phipps have both been nominated for the WOW awards.

The WOW! Awards are based on customer nominations and is the only scheme that awards both national and international companies. The idea is, that you can focus on what your employees are doing right and give them the recognition that they deserve.

With customers nominating the staff, it allows the company to see which parts of their business is working and which parts could be improved. This allows you to easily gain information and reward your employee at the same time. Everyone loves praise, and even though it is great coming from you, hearing how grateful the customers are is sure to make everyone feel good.

We know that customer service is extremely important in any business, and this is a fine example of companies that are doing it right; we're glad to be one of them.
