We are currently relocating to our new offices in Rainham. During this period there may be some disruption to both our phone and email systems whilst the servers are transfered. We will hopefully be up and running again on Tuesday 30th August. We apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused.

Contract Update - Lewisham Homes

STV commenced the first phase of their new contract in Lewisham in partnership with Mitie. With the first phase running until March 2012, a 18 month extension is up for grabs, making the ocntract worth in the region of £3.5 million.

Contract Update - Gosport

18 July 2011

Working in partnership with Kier, STV started their latest contract in Gosport, carrying out Kitchen and Bathroom Renewals, and Disabled Adaption Works, with 150 properties to complete.
