Contract Update - Sutton Housing

STV today started works with Lakehouse on the four year Sutton Decent Homes Framework Contract.

Over the course of the next four years, STV will install Kitchen & Bathroom Upgrades to Suttons Housing Stock, as well as upgrading Boilers to more efficient combination systems.  Running at a programme of 30 openings per week, properties are a mix between scattered locations, and estate blocks.
