Contract Update - Lewisham Homes

STV commenced the first phase of their new contract in Lewisham in partnership with Mitie.  With the first phase running until March 2012, a 18 month extension is up for grabs, making the ocntract worth in the region of £3.5 million.

As part of the Estate Regeneration project, STV will be carying out the Kitchen and Bathroom replacements, installing new central heating and rewiring the electrics to all the properties.  STV have programmed for 20 properties opening per week, and hope to build on our strong reputation within Lewisham.
