OMP is a unique software suite, custom-designed especially for STV. This cutting-edge communication tool delivers transparency throughout our entire operations. It gives our managers and clients an up-to-the minute record of the progress of a programme, enabling us to track and record the status of any project, which is then made available via a secure and easily accessible online portal.

OMP ensures that your programmes are managed effectively, while enabling us to continuously monitor the collected data and analyse it against our key performance indicators to fine-tune performance and delivery. This means you can be confident that your properties are in safe hands.

Total transparency - total control

All information is logged and recorded to deliver a complete 360 degree overview of your programmes, including average completion times, opening dates, handover dates, health and safety reports, supplier performance, non-conformance and any other issues that may arise on site.

Any additional costs that might be incurred are recorded on the system so that variations may be traced back to their original agreement date.  OMP also stores gas and electrical certificates to ensure that all necessary documentation is up to date and ready for handover.

Unfortunately, delays can be an unavoidable part of the building services industry. OMP records delays accurately in real-time and provides detailed information as to the cause and duration of the delay, as agreed with the site team.
