Regeneration & Planned Maintenance

STV specialises in planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes for social housing, as well as full regeneration of void properties. We deliver a complete range of services, which includes everything from multi-site rolling programmes through to minor kitchen and bathroom alterations. Planned maintenance services include exterior and interior decoration, gas and electrical installations, central heating, communal heating systems, air conditioning, ventilation and drainage.

Our diverse workforce and infrastructure enables us to carry out all forms of structural repairs, refurbishments and additions, either as part of wider programme or as a stand-alone project.  The range of our work includes roofing renewal, window installation, extensions, conversions, external rendering, damp proof membrane installation and injection, and structure stabilising.  We are able to provide our own scaffolding as required.
